These protected areas also provide for hiking, biking, fly-fishing, rock climbing and horse-back riding, as well as some of the richest history of industryin the country. During the winter, top rated skiing and snowboarding at Snowshoe Mountain and Winterplace resorts are a short drive away.Land Resource has a significant resource earmarked for national advertising on this development. USA Today and WSJ ads on a regular basis thru mid May 2007.
