Propsmart is a next-generation real estate search engine, aggregating over a million property listings from hundreds of online
sources and private sellers and making them easily searchable with a GoogleMap-based visual interface.
We've also got a budding online community of buyers, sellers, and service providers, so hang around a bit and check things out.
Progressive-minded agents, brokers, and real estate marketing companies happily provide us access to their listings, because we return the favor by driving traffic and motivated leads right back to them. Propsmart is simply additional exposure for their listings, which ultimately helps sellers sell.
Since we believe everyone should have access to property information, we provide RSS feeds of all our listings. We believe open and free can beat closed and proprietary any day. We believe a lot of other stuff, too.
Propsmart is brought to you by a small team of passionate entrepreneurs and coders, and we're privately held (so far). Back in 2001, we brought BookCrossing.com into being, which has attracted nearly half a million members and a handful of awards, including two Webby Awards in 2005.
